Sierra backpacking trip for Steve's 70th Birthday celebration (catch up)
While the logistics of dropping a car where we came out (Thomas Edison Lake) and then driving around and over the Sierra's was a long (12 hours total) and winding road the journey was well worth these logistics. We spent the night prior to our trip in Mammoth. We started our jouney out of Mosquito Flats

Adam Katz's Bar Mitzvah August 6th to 8th, 2010
Adam, the Bar Mitzvah boy/"man" is second from the left with a couple of his buddies and brother Evan (on the right).
He LOVES BASEBALL so all the tables had different baseball teams. Check out where the Dodgers were and our San Francisco Giants table!
The timing was amazing as this was the Anniversary of OUR wedding on August 6th, 1995 in which Larry was my Best Man. So 15 years later we are celebrating his son's Bar Mitzvah!
Larry with his Mom, Esther.
Larry enjoying the limelight with a few of his previous girlfriends, see his smile!
The Gould family, Scott and Karen, Emily and Nathan, good looking family.
Go ahead and take my picture, I won't smile I'll give you the smirk!
Alex, Adam's Mom and Larry's former wife (second from the left) with her sisters. Everyone looks gorgeous.

It's catch up time - 4th of July 2010
It was a glorious day on the 4th. Our local Kenwood parade was cancelled so we went into Sonoma square with Steve and Michele. We saw it all from floats, to cars to all the wonderful whacked out Northern California stuff
Why not a....water fight with the fire engine.
A salute to all the men and women who serve in our Armed Services, thank you!
All kinds of people, entertainment and parade entrants.
Medical Marijuana at the 4th of July parade, only in Northern California!
And a Greatful Dead banner.
Politics always seem to be a part of most events in Northern California.
The all American 4th of July family celebrating in Sonoma square!
Sonoma Fourth of July (I'm catching up on old posts)
It was another glorious day on the 4th of July. This year our local Kenwood parade was cancelled, we went to Sonoma square with Steve and Michele and enjoyed the variety of floats, bands, cars, etc.
