Spacious Airy light filled home in peaceful hamlet of Kenwood with views of Sonoma Mountain and the adjacent vineyard. A variety of outdoor spaces beckon for relaxing in solitude or with family and friends.
The home features 3 bedrooms (Master: King + en suite Bathroom 2 queen bedrooms), 2.5 bathrooms, den, laundry room. Design is modern and clean yet casual. Fully equipped kitchen. Home is used for weekends and vacations by owners (some owners possessions will remain in the house)
Outside there is spacious deck with a seating area off the living room. Chaise Lounge chairs and dining for 8 and grill complete the deck. There is a separate outdoor living area overlooking the neighboring vineyard and an open area for games or dining. The pool area has lounge chairs and a dining table - the pool is dated but is great for a cool dip on a hot day.
Home sleeps 3 couples in 3 bedrooms. Per county agreements, sleeping limit is 8 and day use entertaining for up to 16 people. Quiet time is informally from 10pm - 8 am (but there are no hard and fast rules in the country- if someone complains the sheriff shows up)
